Mark Gubinsky has over twenty years of experience representing clients in traditional divorce litigation and collaborative law as well as serving as a neutral mediator in divorce and custody issues. While Mark possesses significant experience in all phases of family law litigation, Mark strives to resolve matters outside of court if possible. Mark, a trained mediator, has also handled mediations in custody and divorce matters. Additionally, as one of three founding members and a past president of the Collaborative Law Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania, Mark has handled numerous collaborative cases.

Our estate planning practice includes formulating estate plans and drafting the necessary documents, including wills, healthcare powers of attorney and financial powers of attorney. We strive to provide estate plans narrowly tailored to a client’s specific situation, concerns and needs. The firm also handles the administration of estates, including opening estates and the preparation of all documents required for the administration process, including inheritance tax returns. When necessary, the firm has handled estate and trust litigation.
