Mark Gubinsky, Managing Partner

Mark-GubinskyA Pittsburgh divorce attorney since 1994, Mark Gubinsky strives to provide each client with personal, responsive and cost-effective representation. He believes that individuals and families in transition deserve compassionate, reasonable representation. He uses his years of experience in family law issues to evaluate each client’s case and work with the client to formulate a course of action appropriate for each individual’s unique situation. Mark recognizes that the families of today sometimes face complex issues and that respect and discretion is imperative.

Mark obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland in 1990 and received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1994.

Kathleen Gubinsky, Partner

Kathleen Gubinsky has been a licensed Pennsylvania Attorney since 1994. Kathleen is a graduate of the University of Rochester, and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Formerly an Assistant Vice President and Agency Counsel for Commonwealth Land Title, her practice now includes preparation of estate planning documents and representing clients in real estate transactions. Kathleen is a Partner of the Gubinsky Law Firm, PC.

Christy Martin, Paralegal

Christy Martin earned an Associate’s Degree as a paralegal in 1980. Formerly a paralegal with a Washington County litigation law firm, Christy joined The Gubinsky Law Firm, PC in 2014.
