An attorney since 1994, Mark
Gubinsky strives to provide each client with personal, responsive and cost-effective representation. He believes that individuals and families in transition deserve compassionate, reasonable representation. He uses his years of experience in family law issues to evaluate each client’s case and work with the client to formulate a course of action appropriate for each individual’s unique situation. Mark recognizes that the families of today sometimes face complex issues and that respect and discretion is imperative.

- Trained in Collaborative Law and a founding member and treasurer of the Collaborative Law Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania (see www.clasplaw.org for more information).
- Selected as a "Pennsylvania Rising Star" in Philadelphia Magazine's 2006 Super Lawyers Edition, an award given to only 2.5% of the lawyers in all of Pennsylvania.
- Active in local professional organizations, including the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Family Law Section Council; the Family Law Section’s child support guidelines committee,
- Chairs the Allegheny County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service Committee.
- Frequently lectures regarding family law topics for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and Cape Institute.
Mark obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland in 1990 and received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1994. His community involvement includes participating with the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s annual Lock Up fundraisers, the YWCA’s Second Saturday Lecture Series and serving as a youth tee-ball coach for several years.
